A 31-year-Old Woman And Her Child Were killed In Milford Double Homicide: DE MILFORD – A 31-year-old lady and a 3-year-old daughter were slain in a double homicide that is being looked into by the Milford Police Department.

Police issued an announcement about an arrest on June 6. The investigation, according to Milford Police, got underway this morning, June 5, when they responded to complaints of a 31-year-old male who was bleeding from his head in the 500 block of S. DuPont Blvd. EMS treated the man for non-life-threatening wounds and transported him to a local hospital.

The lady and kid were discovered dead after police were called to a house on Pebblebrook Drive in the Brookstone Trace Development, according to the police. According to the authorities, they presently have a person of interest in custody and there is no public threat. Milford Police said they’re looking into it thoroughly and will provide more information soon.

Davis Truong, 31, of Milford, was named by Milford Police as a suspect in the double killing on Thursday, June 6. Two charges of first-degree murder and two counts of having a dangerous weapon while committing a crime have been brought against Truong.

Around 4:30 on Wednesday morning, a neighbor gave WBOC access to Nest doorbell camera footage showing Truong, covered in blood, pounding on their front door. Nothing was present when I arrived at the door, but I heard someone yell, “Open the door, or something like that,” claims Ruben Rocha. “Then I heard a little commotion I think in the back.”

Lorraine Hanzer claims she was taken aback to find out what had transpired when she noticed the police cars outside. “For something like that to happen with a mother and a child, that is sad and scary,” states Hanzer.

Truong is due in court on Thursday, June 13, and his bail has been set at $2,200,000 in cash only.
