L Boogie Volt Ipswich Suffolk – Ipswich Stabbing Investigations: Suffolk Constabulary is investigating a murder in Ipswich on Tuesday.
A heavy police presence is currently on Burrell Road following a fatal stabbing near the Skatepark. Police said Burrell Road is closed due to a murder investigation near the Stoke Bridge.
Police dogs and armed police were on Stoke Bridge following the stabbing death of a young mother of three tonight in Stoke, Ipswich.
The suspect identified locally as L Boogie Volt, a resident of Ipswich, Suffolk, allegedly known for his unruly lifestyle and drug abuse is on the run.
Police have begun a manhunt after a lady was stabbed to death on an Ipswich street. Armed officers and police aircraft have been dispatched to the town to apprehend the murderer
. Just after 7.10 p.m. on Tuesday (August 6), emergency services were summoned to Burrell Road, where they discovered a woman in her twenties who was critically injured.
Despite the greatest efforts of paramedics, the victim was pronounced dead shortly afterward. A police helicopter is thought to have been dispatched to search for the culprit. Burrell Road has also been closed, with a police cordon in place.
Detective Chief Inspector Tam Burgess said: “Emergency services, including several police resources, were deployed to the scene, and those in the area will continue to see an increase.”
