near six minutes past nine o’clock on the evening of Friday, September 20th, 2024, the Pampa Police Department was called to the scene of a collision involving two vehicles that occurred near the intersection of Cuyler Street and US Highway 60 in Pampa.
It was determined that the driver of one of the automobiles, a girl who was 18 years old, had passed away at the scene of the accident.
Despite suffering just minor injuries, Erik Monserrat Hernandez, who was driving the second vehicle, was sent to Pampa Regional Medical Centre for treatment. Hernandez is twenty years old.
An intoxication manslaughter allegation was later brought against him, and he was subsequently lodged into the Grey County Jail. It has been determined that the deceased driver in this crash was a Pampa resident named Kaley Bilyeu, who was 18 years old. Currently, the Pampa Police Department is carrying out an investigation into this matter.
