A 19-year-old man is accused of killing two teenagers in Schuylkill County-
Homicide charges have been brought against the guy who is suspected of killing two teens from Schuylkill County in the days after their deaths in October of last year.
On October 10, the remains of Hunter Mock, 18, and Angelito Xavier Caraballo, 16, were discovered in a forested area close to New Philadelphia. Lamour C. Branch, 19, of Port Carbon, was charged with their murders on Wednesday morning.
David Plachko, the Magisterial District Judge, arraigned Branch.
In addition to several additional counts, he is charged with two first-degree murders and two third-degree murders.
