East Hartford Roadway Closes Due to Pedestrian Accident: Report
Thursday morning, a popular East Hartford route is closed due to an early-am accident that may have involved a pedestrian.
As per the state Department of Transportation, the trio of vehicles collided on Route 15 South, immediately preceding Exit 91.
This led to the closing of the route, which is creating some traffic problems for those attempting to join into Interstate 91.
“Unknown” is the time the site will be removed, according to the DOT.
According the police, the incident was said to have occurred about 1:30 a.m. There were two pedestrians involved on Thursday, and there were reports of significant injuries.
