Shelby Hohn Dimock SD Death: One died, Sutton’s girlfriend Tessa injured in car accident

Dimock SD:- One died and another injured following a tragic car accident that happened on the 5th of June 2024. The victims were identified as Shelby Hohn and Sutton’s girlfriend Tessa. According to reports, Shelby Hohn, a longtime resident of Dimock, South Dakota passed away from her injuries while Tessa was taken to Queen of Peace and has a broken shoulder and a bruised lung she will have more scans once the swelling is reduced to determine any other broken bones.

I can’t stop crying to make sense of it all.” Shelby was a stunning person with a true infectious smile, who loved to make people laugh and enjoy life around them. She was a true country girl.

How did the crash happen?

The accident happened this past Wednesday, June 5th, 2024. According to reports, Shelby and Tessa were riding in their vehicle when they were rear-ended and thrown into oncoming traffic colliding with a semi-truck. Both victims were fatally injured. They were both sent to an area hospital. Shelby was reportedly transported to Avera McKennan Hospital. Shelby experienced a stroke as a result of a serious head injury.

Shelby had her first operation to remove part of her skull to relieve brain swelling. The medical team met with the family and learned that the brain injury was worse than predicted. Shelby underwent a second procedure with the vascular surgeon. Shelby Hohn was declared deceased last night, according to reports. No further information was mentioned.
